The purpose and intent of the M-I Zoning District is to provide for the heavy commercial, manufacturing and other industrial needs of the City in appropriate locations. However, activities which produce noise, smoke, dust, vibration, glare or similarly objectionable nuisances or use fissionable materials or their wastes, shall be regulated in this as well as other districts.
