11-1-2: AUTHORITY:

This title is adopted pursuant to the statutory authority granted by the laws of the State of Montana, including section 76-1-601, 603, 605 and section 76-2-301, Montana Code Annotated, et seq. In addition, this title is authorized by section 7-1-101, Montana Code Annotated. (Ord. 567, 3-20-2017)
