10-2-11: PEDESTRIANS' RIGHTS AND DUTIES:

It shall be unlawful for any person except a blind person to carry a white cane in the city. When a person carrying a white cane enters an intersection in this city the driver of any motor vehicle shall bring such motor vehicle to a stop. (1953 R.C.; amd. Ord. 449, 4-1-1996; Ord. 454, 6-15-1998)
