Any person violating any of the foregoing sections shall be punished pursuant to the criminal laws of the state of Montana and the city of Sidney. For purposes of this chapter, violation of any of the ordinances concerning bike paths and their use shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by imprisonment for a period of up to six (6) months and/or fines of up to five hundred dollars ($500.00) or both.
