9-11-5: ANIMAL WASTE:
No person shall allow or cause to allow any animal which they own or have control of to deposit any waste or droppings upon or immediately adjacent to any bike path located within the city limits. (Ord. 452, 8-4-1997, eff. 9-4-1997)
