9-1-12: INSPECTION OF WORK:

All work shall be subject to inspection by the director of public works during construction and upon completion. The director of public works shall be notified by permittee after forms are set, and no concrete shall be poured or further construction started until approved by the director of public works. 9-1-13: INJURY TO NEW SIDEWALKS:

It shall be unlawful to walk upon, drive any vehicle upon, or injure any newly laid sidewalk, curb or gutter while the same is guarded by a warning sign or barricade, or to knowingly injure any soft or newly laid sidewalk, curb or gutter. (Ord. 416, 1-3-1994)

9-1-14: OBSTRUCTIONS:

It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, create or maintain any obstruction on any sidewalk except as may be specified by ordinance or by the director of public works. (Ord. 416, 1-3-1994)
