Within twenty (20) days after abatement of the community decay condition(s), the owner or responsible party will be notified of the cost of abatement, including administrative costs. If the owner or responsible party fails to pay the bill in thirty (30) days, the code enforcement officer shall certify the amount of the charges to the clerk and recorder for collection.
