6-11-1: DEFINITIONS:
MARIJUANA/USABLE MARIJUANA: Have the meanings as defined in 50-46-102, Montana Code Annotated.
MEDICAL MARIJUANA: The uses of marijuana described in 50-46-102, Montana Code Annotated. Other phrases herein such as the "use of medical marijuana" or "the medical use of marijuana" shall have the same meaning. (Ord. 513, 4-4-2011)
