6-10-2: PUBLIC DRINKING, DISPLAY, EXHIBITION PROHIBITED:

"Public drinking" and "public display and exhibition of beer or liquor" as defined in this chapter is hereby prohibited, and it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in "public drinking" as defined in this chapter within the limits of the city of Sidney, Montana; and it shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any public display or exhibition of "beer" or "liquor" as defined in this chapter within the city limits of Sidney, Montana. (Ord. 269, 9-19-1977)
