Any person violating a provision of this chapter shall, upon complaint and conviction thereof, be punished as follows:
A. Upon a first offense, by a fine of not more than fifty dollars ($50.00).
B. Upon a second or subsequent offense, by a fine of not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).
C. Upon the third and subsequent conviction thereof, by a fine of not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00). (Ord. 253, 3-19-1973, eff. 4-18-1973)
