6-1-11: LUG WHEELS PROHIBITED:
It shall be unlawful for tractors with wheels injurious to pavement to be permitted upon the public thoroughfares unless the operator of such vehicle shall first plank such streets. (1960 Code; amd. Ord. 444, 4-1-1996)
