6-1-5: EXPECTORATING ON SIDEWALKS OR IN PUBLIC BUILDINGS:
It shall be unlawful for any person to expectorate or spit upon any sidewalk or upon the floor of any public building or room used for public assemblies. (1960 Code; amd. Ord. 444, 4-1-1996)
