6-1-2: BARBED WIRE AND ELECTRIC FENCES:

It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain any electric fence, or any fence constructed in whole or in part of barbed wire, unless such barbed wire is located at a height greater than six feet (6') from ground level. (Ord. 209, 5-23-1961; amd. Ord. 444, 4-1-1996)
