5-10-1: ADOPTION OF THE MONTANA GAMBLING CODE:
There is hereby incorporated into this code of the city of Sidney parts 1 through 8 of chapter 5 of title 23 of the Montana Code Annotated (2007 edition) for the purpose of enforcing those provisions of the said chapter which impact the city of Sidney. (Ord. 490, 6-15-2009)
