Nonresident applicants shall abide by all statutes of the state of Montana, and all codes and regulations of the city of Sidney, Montana, and the agreement entered into with the nonresident applicant in the construction, connection, maintenance and repair, of service lines connected to city mains. Before construction and connection of the proposed work, plans and specifications shall be furnished to and approved by the city. The city engineer or director of public works at all reasonable times shall have the right to inspect and test any materials used in the construction and connection to city mains. (Ord., 6-1965)
