It shall be the duty of a member of the Town Board to provide an alleged violator of this subchapter notice to comply with this subchapter prior to the Town Board’s enforcement of the same. If an alleged violator fail to comply with this subchapter within 15 days of receipt of this subchapter, said individual will be considered to have violated this subchapter and be subject to prosecution as a result thereof.
