§ 177.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person, persons, firm or corporation who violates the provisions of §§ 177.01 through 177.05 by doing any act prohibited or declared to be unlawful thereby or who fails to do any act required thereby or fails to do any act which provisions declare such failure to be unlawful, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 for each violation nor more than $75 for each violation and each such day as such violation continues shall constitute a separate violation of §§ 177.01 through 177.05.

      (2)    Further, any person, persons, firm or corporation who fails to comply with the duties imposed by §§ 177.01 through 177.05 within 30 days shall be responsible to immediately, at their expense and cost, remove the mobile home from the corporate limits of the town.
