311.08 INELIGIBILITY FOR LICENSE.
   No license shall be issued under this chapter to the following:
      a.   An individual less than 18 years of age.
      b.   An individual who has been convicted of prostitution, sex trafficking, criminal sexual conduct, or any other crime or violation involving moral turpitude.
      c.   Any other person whose application lists one or more individuals who have been convicted of prostitution, sex trafficking, criminal sexual conduct or any other crime or violation involving moral turpitude.
      d.   Any premises currently licensed in accordance with § 311.13 of this chapter or currently licensed to sell alcoholic beverages in accordance with Ch. 401.
