§ 96.48 REMOVAL.

The removal and replacement, by personal choice, of the entirety of any existing fencing in the front yard of real estate used for residential purposes is hereby prohibited. However, any portion of such fencing removed by accident or caused to be removed by construction purposes may be restored to its original form.
