Upon the approval of the zoning committee of the Shively City Council, ornamental fencing not exceeding a maximum height of 24 inches may be erected provided it consists of shrubbery, hedges or a single strand chain or single cable with post supports not exceeding two inch diameter for pipe or four by four inches for wood. The terms used in this ordinance shall be interpreted consistently with regulations now or hereafter in effect.
