§ 118.04 FINGERPRINTS AND PHOTOGRAPHS TO BE FILED WITH APPLICATION.
   An applicant for a taxicab operator’s permit shall file with his application his fingerprints and two recent photographs of himself of a size which may be easily attached to the permit. One photograph shall be attached to the permit when issued, and the other shall be filed with the application.
