§ 115.19 EXCEPTIONS.

Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to apply to persons pretending to tell fortunes or act as a fortune teller in a theater or as part of any play, exhibition, fair or amateur show presented or offered by any religious, charitable or benevolent institution, nor shall this chapter apply to persons employed as fortune tellers by carnivals or county fairs temporarily operating in the city.
