§ 115.15 DEFINITIONS.

As used in this chapter, the term “FORTUNE TELLER” shall mean any person engaged in the practice of being a medium, clairvoyant, soothsayer, palmist, phrenologist, spiritualist, as those terms are commonly defined, or like activity, or one who, with or without the use of cards, crystal ball, tea leaves, or any other object or device, engages in the practice of communicating with spirits or ghosts, predicting the future or telling the fortune of another.
