§ 115.01 POSSESSION OR USE OF DEVICES USED FOR GAMBLING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to have in his possession any pinball machine, shooting device, target, or amusement device designed for or used for gambling purposes, or any machine with multiple balls or designed to permit the changing of odds on the machine with the use of additional coins or money.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in, play, or permit the use thereof on any premises owned, controlled, or in his possession, any type of gambling device set out and described in division (A) above. It shall further be unlawful for any person, either as owner or agent, to lease or rent to any other person any room, building, vessel, or premises to be used for any of the purposes described above.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage or play any pinball machine, shooting device, target device, amusement device, or contrivance described in division (A) above which machine is managed, kept, operated, or conducted in violation of divisions (A) or (B) above.
