(A) All licenses shall be for the fiscal year of July l to June 30, or the remaining portion of such fiscal year.
(B) The annual license fee shall be $1,000. All license fees shall be remitted to the City Tax Administrator. Annual fees may be prorated at the rate of $100 per month for the remaining full months of the current fiscal year, but not to exceed $1,000. Application for renewal of a license shall be made on or before March 15 of each year and shall be accompanied by the annual fee of $1,000. Such application shall also contain any changes in the information required by § 113.26 which have occurred since the previous application.
