(A) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 73.01 through 73.04 shall be fined not more than $50.
(B) Whoever violates any provision of §§ 73.15 through 73.18 shall be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $500.
(C) Any person, firm corporation or other entity violating any provisions of §§ 73.30 through 73.39 shall be fined not less than $25 or more than $100.
