§ 72.08 ALL-NIGHT PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle for a longer period of time than fifteen (15) minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. of any day, except physicians on emergency calls on any street or right-of-way in the city.
