§ 71.80 OPERATOR’S LICENSE REQUIRED.
   (A)   No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned or controlled by him to be driven by any person who has no legal right to drive it or who does not have a valid operator’s license as defined by KRS 186.400 to 186.640.
   (B)   No person whose operator’s license has been denied, canceled, suspended, or revoked, or whose privilege to operate a motor vehicle has been withdrawn, shall drive any motor vehicle upon the highways while the license is denied, canceled, suspended, or revoked, or his privilege to operate a motor vehicle is withdrawn.
