§ 71.50 OPERATING VEHICLE WHILE INTOXICATED.
   No person shall operate any vehicle on the streets of the city while intoxicated as set forth in KRS 189.520 and KRS Chapter 189A. The penalty for violating this § 71.50, shall be the same as the statutory penalties set forth for violation of KRS 189.520 and KRS Chapter 189A.
