§ 71.48 TAMPERING WITH VEHICLES.

It shall be unlawful for any person except members of the Police or Fire Departments while in the performance of their duties, to move any vehicle not his own, or to tamper with such vehicle in any manner whatsoever, except as to clear the roadway.
