§ 154.01  BURNING ON STREETS PROHIBITED; EXHIBITIONS.
   No person shall burn or cause to be burned any papers, shavings or other combustible matter on any of the roads, streets or alleys of the city; except that, workers engaged in building may burn shavings, provided someone remains in such constant attendance until the fire is fully extinguished; and, likewise, waste paper may be burned in alleys if properly confined in iron or other metallic boxes so as to prevent escape of flames and flying combustible matter.
