§ 31.28  DEPOSIT OF TAXES COLLECTED IN SPECIAL REVENUE FUND.
   When the City Manager receives periodic distributions of municipal sales and use taxes from the State Treasurer, the City Manager shall promptly deposit the amount received in the General Revenue Fund or Account of the city.
