Violation of this chapter shall constitute a misdemeanor punishable by a fine in an amount set by Council from time to time. Each day that a violation continues after notification of the same by the Code Official a charge in an amount set by Council from time to time will be added to the fine. The imposition of penalties prescribed herein shall not relieve the property owner from responsibility for full compliance with all other applicable codes and ordinances including any and all separate fines and penalties imposed thereunder.
