Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time. Each day that a violation continues following delivery of a notice of violation and the compliance deadline, as stated therein, shall be deemed a separate offense. In addition to these penalties, the city may institute an action for injunctive relief in the Circuit Court of the county for any violation of this chapter. The person(s) held responsible for the such violation will be assessed all costs and expenses incident to such action, including reasonable attorney fees.
