The lawful location, occupation, placement, storage, erection or situation of a mobile home as existing on the date of adoption of this chapter may be continued as existing although such does not conform to all sections of this chapter. In the event a non-conforming use is discontinued as existing for a period of one year, the use of the same shall thereafter conform only with uses prescribed in this chapter.
