In the event any mobile home is located, occupied, placed, stored, erected or otherwise situated within the corporate limits of the city in violation of the provisions of this chapter, the City Manager is authorized to have such mobile home removed and transported to an appropriate storage area. The city will not be liable to the owner thereof or any other person for damages incurred in the transportation and storage of such mobile home, and the owner or any other person violating the provisions of this chapter shall be liable and responsible for all costs of removal, transportation, storage and any other costs incident thereto.
