§ 135.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Whoever violates §§ 130.03 and 130.05 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time.

      (2)   Whoever violates § 130.04 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time.

   (C)   (1)   Whoever violates §§ 135.20(A)(1) or 135.25 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

      (2)   Whoever violates § 135.20(A)(2) of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, and for a second offense shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.

      (3)   Whoever violates § 135.27(B) of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both, for a first offense. For a second or subsequent offense, such person shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
