§ 30.16  RECORD BOOKS.
   The records of Council shall be kept in two books, one to be known as the “Minute Book” in which shall be kept a complete record of the administrative and current actions and proceedings and routine orders, and another to be known as the “Shinnston City Code”, wherein shall be all bylaws, rules, ordinances and resolutions of a general nature.
