§ 130.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this general offenses title for which no other penalty is provided shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both. Each day such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 130.01 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
   (C)   (1)   Whoever violates § 130.02(B) of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than five days, or both.
      (2)   Whoever violates § 130.02(D) of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time and shall be imprisoned not more than 30 days.
   (D)   (1)   Except as provided by the provisions of division (D)(2) below, any person who violates the provisions of § 130.03 of this chapter shall be fined for a first offense in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both; and, for a second and each subsequent offense, fined in an amount set by Council from time to time, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
      (2)   Any person who violates the provisions of § 130.03 of this chapter with the intent to cause injury to the person of another, to cause destruction of the property of another or to divert the attention of law enforcement or fire personnel to help effectuate the commission of another crime shall be guilty of a felony and shall be prosecuted under appropriate state law.
   (E)   Whoever violates § 130.04 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
   (F)   Whoever violates § 130.05(A) of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time.
