§ 113.05  COST OF REGISTRATION.
   (A)   There shall be no fee for the certificate of registration issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; except that, the applicant shall reimburse the city for the cost incurred in the issuance of his or her certificate.
   (B)   Such cost shall be determined and collected by the City Manager, but in no case shall it exceed an amount set by Council from time to time.
