§ 112.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   The managers, performers and employees of carnivals or circuses who violate § 112.01 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time. Each day or night of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   The managers, performers, patrons and/or employees of such establishments who violate § 112.02 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time and/or sentenced to incarceration in jail for not more than 30 days. Each 24-hour period in which anyone violates § 112.02 of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Whoever violates any provision of § 112.03 of this chapter shall be fined in an amount set by Council from time to time or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
