§ 30.09 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   (A)   The order of Councilmanic procedure shall be as follows, after ascertaining that a quorum is present:

      (1)   The reading of the minutes of the preceding meeting;

      (2)   Unfinished business appearing upon minutes;

      (3)   Reports of committees;

      (4)   Reports of officers;

      (5)   Petitions of all kinds; and

      (6)   New business and propositions.

   (B)   The regular order of business may be suspended at any time for special reasons.
