§ 30.06  APPEALS FROM RULINGS.
   No appeal shall be taken from the ruling of the presiding officer, except two members shall demand such appeal and, upon such appeal being taken, the presiding officer shall put the same in the following form: “The question now is, shall the decision of the chair be sustained?”, whereupon a vote shall be taken on such question and the result ascertained as on other questions.
