§ 110.34  COLLECTION BY SUIT; INJUNCTION.
   The City Treasurer may, by himself or herself, or a duly appointed agent, collect taxes due and unpaid under this subchapter, together with all accrued penalties, and for such purpose may exercise all the power authorized for the collection of taxes under this subchapter and other ordinances of the city and under the laws of the state. After delinquency shall have continued for 60 days, the City Treasurer may proceed, by himself or herself or agent, in the Circuit Court of the county to obtain an injunction restraining the further exercise of the privilege until full payment shall have been made of all taxes and penalties due under this subchapter.
