§ 110.32  METHOD OF PAYMENT.
   All remittances of taxes imposed by this subchapter shall be made to the City Treasurer by bank draft, certified check, cashier’s check, money order or certificate of deposit; and the City Treasurer shall issue his or her receipts heretofore to the taxpayers and the money shall be kept and accounted for as provided by law.
