§ 91.07  LIVESTOCK.
   (A)   No person shall keep, possess, feed or maintain any live animal within the city other than domesticated household pets (such as as dogs and cats), except in those instances when an individual or entity owns or leases ten contiguous acres of real estate within the city limits. Except as set forth in the preceding sentence, livestock shall not be permitted within the city.
   (B)   LIVESTOCK will be defined as cattle, goats, mules, sheep, horses, chickens and other fowl, rabbits for commercial purposes and swine (hogs and pigs) including varieties that are commonly kept as pets (such as pot-bellied pigs and the like).
   (C)   Notwithstanding the foregoing, domesticated pet rabbits and domesticated pot-bellied pigs will be allowed and shall be limited to two domesticated pets per household.
   (D)   In the event of any conflict between this subchapter and §§ 91.01 through 91.06 of this chapter, this provision shall control and supersede the noted provisions.
