§ 70.31 APPLICATION TO VEHICLES UPON STREETS AND HIGHWAYS; EXCEPTIONS.

   The provisions of this traffic code relating to the operation of vehicles refer exclusively to the operation of vehicles upon streets and highways, except:

   (A)   Where a different place is specifically referred to in a given section; and

   (B)   The provisions of this traffic code, except §§ 75.085 through 75.089 of this traffic code, shall apply upon streets and highways, as defined in § 74.06 of this traffic code.
