(A) Applicability. Applicable in entire territory served.
(B) Availability. Available for sanitary sewer service.
(C) Rates. (Based upon metered amount of water supplied.)
First 2,000 gallons used per month | As determined by Council per 1,000 gallons |

(D) Minimum monthly charge. The minimum monthly charge to any user of the sewerage system shall be in an amount set by Council from time to time.
(E) Delayed payment penalty. The above schedule is net. On all current usage billings not paid within 20 days, 10% will be added to the net current amount unpaid. This delayed payment is not interest and is to be collected only once for each bill where it is appropriate.
(F) Tap fee. A tap fee in an amount set by Council from time to time per tap will be charged.
(G) Security deposit. Not to exceed two-twelfths of the average annual usage of a customer’s specific customer class, or in an amount set by Council from time to time, whichever is greater. Average residential consumption will be calculated as 4,500 gallons per month. Average commercial consumption will be calculated as 9,000 gallons per month.
