§ 37.01  APPLICABILITY OF STATE LAW TO MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS.
   The provisions of W.Va. Code Ch. 3, as amended, shall so far as the same can be applied, govern the conduct of municipal elections and to that extent, such Ch. 3 is hereby adopted and made a part of this chapter by reference.
