§ 93.33 REGISTRATION PLATE REMOVAL UNLAWFUL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to take up any registered animal wearing a metallic plate, remove the plate and collar from the neck of the animal, entice any animal so registered and wearing the plate and collar into or from any enclosure for the purpose of taking it up or bring any animal into the village for the purpose of taking up and impounding the same.
